Fourball golf returns

We are really pleased to announce that Wales Golf have confirmed the return of fourball golf from Saturday 24th April 2021 following the announcements made by the Welsh Government yesterday.

As members will be aware tee times have already been booked for two household golf this Saturday and Sunday. These will remain in place for those members that have booked tee times but from 5.30pm tomorrow evening the other tee times will be available meaning that members have the ability to book with other members or move your tee time if required. We hope that this will provide members time to speak with friends and playing partners.

The 'Pay and Play' competition will remain in place for the Saturday and Sunday as normal. Please see below some useful infographics for the members and an updated version of the 'Return to Golf'' Strategy which can be downloaded HERE and will also be on the members section of the website.

With the increase in members accessing the course please ensure that social distancing is maintained at all times and face masks are worn inside any public areas. Wales Golf have been very clear that golf is still under the spotlight as one of the sports that first opened in Wales and members are asked do all you can to ensure we remain safe for all members and our staff but set an example for clubs in Wales as we always have.

Outside hospitality will be opening as planned on the 26th April 2021 and further information will be shared with members in the coming days.

Thank you for your continued co-operation and support in relation to the above. Enjoy your golf as we start to move back towards normality which is very welcomed.

Kind regards

Stuart Finlay
Club Manager
