Radyr Golf Club

Hole by hole

Radyr Golf Club, a classic Harry S. Colt–designed course, is located on the outskirts of Cardiff and offers a memorable parkland experience for golfers of all abilities.

Celebrated for both its challenge and its scenery, the course provides stunning views across Cardiff City, The Vale, and The Bristol Channel—earning its reputation as “a course with a view” since 1902.

Radyr has a proud history in Welsh golf. The Club hosted Wales’ first‑ever professional event in 1904, and has continued to welcome numerous County and National Championships ever since.

The course measures 6,109 yards, par 70 (SR 126 / CR 70.4) for men, and 5,510 yards, par 73 (SR 128 / CR 72.7) for ladies. Known for its superb putting surfaces and excellent course conditioning, Radyr also leads the way in junior development, offering two sets of dedicated junior tees to shorten the course and support young golfers as they progress.

Recognised for its quality, Radyr was selected by Golf World as number 79 in the GB&I Top 100 Parkland Courses, and 23rd in Wales. The Club also proudly hosted the 2015 Welsh National PGA Championship.
