Job Overview
Radyr Golf Club are currently seeking an experienced enthusiastic Food and Beverage Manager to oversee it’s Food and Beverage Operation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, food preparation, and leadership, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of food production and service within the restaurant
- Supervise kitchen staff, bartenders, and wait staff to ensure smooth operations
- Implement and maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- Develop menus in collaboration with the chef and ensure efficient food cost control
- Train and mentor staff on culinary techniques, customer service, and food safety practices
Experience
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong culinary background with knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a team of diverse staff members
- Bartending experience is advantageous
- Understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control strategies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
